Instant Driver's License Searches provide all the information found on an actual driver's license including accidents, suspensions, and any other violations connected with a driver. County Criminal Record Searches can be conducted at the State Court level. We recommend that, at a minimum, employers undertake a review of court records in the county where the applicant currently resides and works. Records for counties in which the applicant previously lived or worked can also be searched.

Most State Criminal Histories are obtained from the statewide repository for fingerprint-based criminal history record information. In most States local criminal justice agencies are required by law to submit felony and gross misdemeanor arrest and disposition information to the State where it should be included in the Statewide data base.
