With more than 20 years in the business information services industry, founder and President of Corporate Screening Services, Dennis Drellishak, combined his government investigative background with an understanding of human resources issues and a command of technology to launch CSS in 1996. The result is a background screening company with depth, responsive customer service, and a full range of investigative products delivered via one of the most advanced and user friendly reporting technologies available, the CSS EASE system, and for customers of Background Express, the Express EASE system.

Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, CSS serves clients across the United States with a team of investigators whose high level of education, professional training, and experience assures that clients receive the information they need. Because we hire degreed professionals, then train them ourselves, CSS' staff delivers excellent investigative results and consistent customer service, with integrity and pride. Early in 2002, Corporate Screening Services launched two new affiliates, Background Express and The Intelligence Group, to simplify order and delivery of our varied products and services. CSS continues to provide pre- and post-employment background screening services that include the added value of our in-depth evaluation and analysis. Corporate Screening also provides drug testing and medical examination programs for clients of all three screening companies.

The Intelligence Group affiliate provides customized, high level investigative work for businesses, investors and legal professionals. TIG conducts discreet investigations and due diligence for the evaluation of potential mergers and acquisitions targets, partnerships, and for litigation support.
